Frost and fealty is an ambitious open-source tabletop RPG built by the community. Contribute feedback on game mechanics, balance, lore, characters, art, and tactics. Earn silver for your contributions and spend it on STL files, printed miniatures, and game discounts.

Inspired by Mordheim, Gloomhaven, Pathfinder, and Battle Brothers, Frost & Fealty is a gritty low fantasy tabletop roleplaying and tactical miniature combat game in active development. You command a mercenary company in a broken north of warring jarls, Dvergar buried into mountains with their forged steel, trolls in the high passes, and draugr clawing out of barrows. There are no chosen ones here. No destiny. Only contracts, cold iron, and whoever survives the snow.

Achieve the rank of Sworn and your name is written into the rulebook. Rise to Shieldbearer and you start steering design decisions. Reach Thane and you can propose your own mechanics and rules, and the game is as much yours as ours. The more you contribute, the more the north remembers your name.
